On June 18, 2015, my friend, Susan LaBrush and I were traveling from Pennsylvania to Waldorf, MD, when we hit a pothole and ruined our tire.  We were directed to you for help from the gast station right off the beltway.  I'm writing this letter to tell you how satisfied we were with the help we received that day and to point out one of your employees who went above and beyond his job.

Mr. Al Seaforth was so helpful on the phone before we even got there that we were not hesitant to do business with you (even though we got a lower price at another establishment).  He met us outside, put the car in the shop, and put us immediately at ease.  He kept us informed of the progress as we waited for the tire to be delivered and had the car checked over for other damage.  He even wrote out directions for us to get back on the beltway, which turned out to be a shortcut.

Mr. Seaforth is a valuable asset to your company and should be commended for his service.
